i am extremely horrified that principals such as the one Alvin mentioned are befitting of their role.
it isnt appropriate that as the head, representative of JJ and leading the governing body there, he should have the audacity to criticise a religion, especially in a free religion society.

he mentioned learning to be more "open, to accept other religions".
well, look who's being close-minded!
if he was open-minded, he should be able to accept others' "close-mindedness", in my opinion.
JJ's God-fearing christians:
be bold! remember Daniel's friends in the face of King Nebuchanezzar.
rather be thrown into the flaming furnace, than to face the wrath of God.
as Geok so aptly points out- if He saves, He's in control. if He doesnt, He's in control.

i am very much appalled, that such shallowness and blasphemy should come. all the more it reminds us that "we should not give up meeting together, as SOME are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another, all the more as we see the Day approaching".
