As we worship You

As we worship You, Let all the world come and see
How the mercy we've received from You
Can set them free

As we worship You, Let all this joy that fill our hearts
Bring a hunger and a hope to those
Who've strayed so far

As we bow in adoration, And stand in reverent awe
Show Your majesty and glory, Let Your anointing fall
As we declare Your name Lord Jesus, As the only name that saves
May the power of Your salvation
Fill each heart we prayed

As we worship You
Let all the nations hear our song
The song of Jesus and His blood
Tha proved His love for all

As we worship You
May all the lost and broken come
May they hear Your still small voice
Call out their names each one

the wonderful gift of salvation,
unheard by many who are lost and broken
when will they get to hear of it?

Joy

just want to drop a comment in 5min( going to sleep)
We should have joy in us, giving thanks in all circumstances, for we enjoy the eternal reward that we have just by being children of God, for this we can rejoice.
I too struggle with this, choosing to complain and mourn rather than give thanks to God.
Having accepted Jesus Christ and been granted the best gift of eternal life, our renewed lives are not dead. Refer to John 3:16.

YAH! the trip was indeed fun!!! had a "good taste" of the rain.. =/ haha

yup read abt this... gona share here =))
it realy make me think hard!ya..

Here it goes.....
People sometimes say, "whatever comes is God's will" or "everything happens for a reason." Although this view brings peace of mind, it is flawed. Many things that happen are not God's will, even though God does not stop them.
For example, the Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you,
not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. (2 peter chap 3:9)
But countless people don't repent. Just because something happens doesn't indicate that it's God's will. You contributed to it in some way. Not everything you choose to do is God will.

ya... so it reminds me once again to reflect on myself upon seeking God's will or my Will?
sometimes u won't realise......
Therefore we have to walk closely with God in order to know His will...
we have to understand Him first =))

Greetings to all saints,
Grace and peace to you from our Father and Lord Jesus Christ.
huEy sent me this message which invites us to our 1st training session for the planned Mount Ophir trip, i'm still wondering whether to go, one thing on my mind is the laziness to wake up so early- before the meeting time of 730am to climb Bt Timah.
it also seems to me that almost every JC student is studying frantically hard for the upcoming tests, (how come i am not aware of these tests or is it just my ignorance?), anyway i am going to be quite, no, very distracted this week because of WIMBLEDON tennis!! these 2 weeks!!! yay!
haha... quite excited, although i woke up this morning feeling pissed and upset because one of my favourite players lost in the 1st round, its amazing how i get so affected by these things.
anyway, met Hsiao Ling for dinner yesterday and going to meet student for Bible Study later..
Oh ya, and i'm also thinking of going Hard Rock Cafe tomorrow, its their 15th Anniversary...
thats an update of me for now...

MY SECOND AND ONLY

I HAVE A BLOG LE.......!!
BUT I DUNNO HOW TO USE IT....
dotz what is this!?
anyway i am here to write the SECOND thoughts from camp...
on the very last night before the "campfire" started...
my grp was trying to come out with a cheer
halfway planning.....jiexin appeared saying that titus took her stick away...
i was so much into planning
tt i didnt want to give much attention to the issue
BUT i didnt want to dissapoint the girl...
so i told her to take any other stick instead...
the next moment titus was with a red left eye
dun really know what happened...
All i know was titus was trying to stop jiexin was playing with the stick...
somehow it just went in to his eyes...
i was thinking about this today...
i suddenly realised that i might have somehow indirectly cause the incident...
Could TITUS knew that playing with the stick was wrong and DANGEROUS
thus he tried stopping Jiexin....
tts why he took her stick right at the very first place....
IF I STOP DISCUSSING AND give the two LITTLE kid the least 5 min
to check wat was the problem wats TITUS reason....
NOTHING would have happened!!!
isnt it....?
how many a times i miss out these seems small things
which might cause BIG HUGE MAJOR Problems!!!
i wonder.........

MY FIRST AND ONLY!!!!

Greetings dearest philippians......

I HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT to make......i slept 14 hrs....ahhhh.....its rather crazy and what a waste of time!!....anyway this camp was very beneficial and super useful....though i have attended a similar lesson....but this had refreshed me and reminded me on many important issues....and the fact that i am no longer 13 is really horrible....suddenly realised that i am not the youngest anymore......i am not a kid anymore....i am responsible to show a good example to the younger ones......i am responsible for eveything i do and say infront of the younger ones.....AND i have to take care of them......abit too overwheming though.....its a big knock on me head with a voice that says.....ITS TIME FOR YOU TO WAKE UP!!!!....and another thing learnt is to know whats my/ the limit.....when/where should i stop and start...stop playing ard when help is needed.....stop playing when enough is enough(** too much violence involved).....start sleeping when there are lessons and service and i know that i will just die without sleeping.....start thinking the right way when staying over (*not at your own place) is involved (*i mean the last night).....well important lessons to learn.....PRAYER RESQUEST NOW: I need to get my focus back to GOD....have beed drifting away......into my own dreams.....AGAIN.....Pray that i will make decisions and choices with the right motives......THANKS A MILLION!!!!!

YAN YAN

alvin's 1st post

hi philippians,
greetings, grace and peace to you.
i recall the camp which was a great one for me, although i was not able to attend quite a number of sessions, but the sessions i attended refreshed and reminded me of what a Christian should be like and do, i committed to pray continually, no matter whether the outcome is what i desire, but instead i realised that my prayer is answered though God's will, not mine, so i will stay close in this special relationship with jesus Christ and pray that my actions will reflect godliness...
i certainly enjoyed the camp, fellowshipping with fellow Christians, through it i grew closer to some and got to know them better.
Thanksgiving: thank God for keeping everyone healthy throughout the camp,
thank God for the organising committee who put in so much effort into this camp
thank God for his teachings
thank God for the fellowship we enjoyed!

as the theme song goes, hope we will not forget this camp which is my 1st church camp and continue to spur and encourage one another on towards love and good deeds ( Heb 10:24-25)...

Hip Hip Hooray!!
